About Me

Traci FaillaI help businesses and not-for-profits tell their stories in ways that resonate with their various stakeholders. Over the course of more than two decades, I have helped organizations reach their customers, clients and constituents through awareness programs, content marketing, marketing materials, media relations, special events, grassroots outreach, cause-related initiatives and conferences.

Formerly a vice president in the brand marketing group at Ketchum Public Relations, I apply the strategic, research-based approach practiced in the world’s top agencies to the creative ideas so valued by and necessary for clients of every size.

Writing has always been a part of my life, and I am involved in continuing education and the creative writing community at StoryStudio Chicago, where I recently completed the writing center’s innovative Novel In A Year program. When I am not working on my “long fiction piece,” I write short stories and personal essays, and blog at www.genxatmidlife.com.

An active volunteer, I have served on the auxiliary board for the Anti-Cruelty Society and been a coach for Girls On The Run. I also provide pro bono services through the Taproot Foundation.
